The benchmark is delivered by Polar as a File Downloads benefit. Keep the receipt email and the edition number nearby when you need help.
I paid but cannot find the ZIP.
Search for the Polar receipt and use the customer access flow with the email used at checkout. If the benefit is still missing, contact the seller shown in the receipt or email hello@propertydamagedata.com with the purchase email, product name and edition.
The ZIP downloaded but will not open.
Download it again from the Polar benefit page. The package is a standard ZIP archive. If the second download fails, send the filename and the error message so the edition can be checked against its release checksum.
Can I get a different geography or a newer period?
The purchase covers the 2021–2025 v1.1 edition. A later period, custom geography or custom extract is a separate research request and is not included automatically.
How should I cite the files?
Use the source manifest, edition number, reference period and original publisher attribution in the package. The buyer quickstart and license notes explain what to preserve when reusing a table or chart.
Keep the evidence attached to the decision.
Support can help with delivery and package access. It cannot turn the benchmark into a forecast, claims database or estimate of total property damage.
