Purchase terms

A versioned research package with a defined scope.

These terms describe the intended use of the U.S. Fire & Flood Restoration Market Benchmark, 2021–2025 Edition, v1.1. The package contains public-source-derived research prepared by Property Damage Data.

What the purchase includes

The purchase is for one downloadable copy of the specified edition, including the PDF brief, workbook, CSV exports and metadata listed on the product page. It is a one-time purchase and does not include future editions, subscriptions or custom analysis.

Permitted use

  • Use the package for internal research, planning, editorial work and analysis by the purchasing organization.
  • Reuse derived findings in internal or client-facing work when the original publishers and the edition are attributed.
  • Keep the source definitions, reference period and limitations with any table or chart that is reused.

Restrictions

  • Do not resell, repackage, publish the original ZIP as a competing download or redistribute the source-derived files as a standalone data product.
  • Do not present the benchmark as an official FEMA, BLS or government publication.
  • Do not describe the measures as total property damage, insurance loss, claims volume or a guaranteed forecast.

Delivery and support

Polar provides the payment receipt and file-download benefit. If delivery fails, use the seller contact shown in the receipt or email hello@propertydamagedata.com and include the purchase email and edition. Support covers access and package integrity; it does not provide custom consulting or a new analysis as part of this purchase.

Source terms and refunds

Original publisher terms and attribution requirements remain authoritative for source-derived material. Delivery issues should be reported promptly so the same edition can be reissued or investigated. Any refund request is handled under the seller’s configured Polar policy and applicable consumer law.

The support mailbox is hello@propertydamagedata.com. Before public launch, confirm the seller identity, final refund policy and jurisdiction-specific terms in Polar.
